DAIVIO ("DAIVIO", "we", "us") provides a cloud-based data and AI platform hosted entirely on Microsoft Azure.

Scope

This Privacy Policy describes how DAIVIO processes personal data in connection with the use of the DAIVIO SaaS platform.

Data Categories

DAIVIO may process the following categories of data:

• Account data: name, email address, organization
• Usage data: logs, feature usage, system metadata
• Customer content: data uploaded or generated by users within the platform

DAIVIO does not use customer data for advertising purposes.

Purpose of Processing

Personal data is processed solely to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the service
• Ensure security, availability, and performance
• Provide customer support
• Comply with legal and contractual obligations

Hosting & Subprocessors

• DAIVIO is fully hosted on Microsoft Azure
• Data is processed and stored in Azure data centers
• Microsoft acts as a subprocessor under applicable data protection agreements

Security Measures

DAIVIO implements appropriate technical and organizational measures, including:

• Encryption in transit and at rest
• Role-based access controls
• Monitoring and logging
• Least-privilege access policies

Data Ownership & Retention

Customers retain full ownership of their data. Data is deleted upon account termination or upon verified customer request, subject to legal retention requirements.

Data Processing Addendum (DPA)

This Data Processing Addendum forms part of the agreement between the customer ("Controller") and DAIVIO ("Processor").

Scope

DAIVIO processes personal data solely on documented instructions from the Controller for the purpose of providing the DAIVIO SaaS platform.

Processing Details

• Nature of processing: Hosting, analytics, configuration, support
• Categories of data subjects: Customer users
• Types of personal data: Account data, usage data, customer content
• Duration: For the term of the service agreement

Subprocessing

DAIVIO uses Microsoft Azure as its infrastructure and hosting subprocessor. All subprocessors are subject to appropriate contractual and security obligations.

Security

DAIVIO maintains appropriate security measures in accordance with GDPR Art. 32, including encryption, access controls, and incident response procedures.

Data Subject Rights

DAIVIO assists the Controller in fulfilling data subject requests as required under applicable data protection laws.

Data Deletion

Upon termination of the service, personal data will be deleted or returned to the Controller upon request, unless retention is required by law.
